We are anchored at Possum pt. on the Vernon River, about 20 miles south of savannah.
An excellent day for us as we rode favorable tides all day for a 61 mile run! And we didn't leave until almost 8:30!!!!
Phil and his wife on Apolonia have satellite tv and invited us to watch football tomorrow afternoon at our next anchorage. Sounds like a plan! Only 30 miles tomorrow so we can get into game mode!!!
Joanna has a homemade stew heating up and I am sipping a pain killer! Life is good!
By the way, I neglected to mention that we are in GEORGIA!!!!!!!!
I also neglected to tell you we are as close to Moon River as you can get. That's right Andy Williams, the song! Wanted to anchor there but to shallow!
