Another great lunch!
We are in Las Cruces, NM! That means mountain time so I have no idea what time it actually is!The Ides have brought me a little gift in the form of tendinitis in my right shoulder from wrestling the bungalette down the highway. Had a most uncomfortable last 2 nights and am lying low this morning. Ice, heat, vibrator, and massage but nothing but rest will cure this. Oh the joys of aging! Hopefully when we pull out of here on Friday I will be ready. No, Joanna is not driving, yet!!
We had dinner at Nellie's Cafe and it was the hottest Mex food I have ever eaten, and I got the mild stuff. Whew!!!!!!According to our waitress, "The people around here eat fire!"
We are at Sunny Acres RV Park and it is nice but crowded with travelers.The weather is very warm this week and it will be sunny and upper 80's for the next few days.
Went to the ancient village of Mesilla yesterday on the outskirts of Las Cruces. Such a pleasant place...so peaceful and quiet!
