Fess Parker and Buddy Ebsen.

We took our first Uber ride ever today to get downtown and it is a wonderful way to go! So convenient!
We headed straight to the Alamo where I half expected to bump into Fess and Buddy!

 I had heard that it wasn't that great a visit but I enjoyed it. Yes it is in the middle of downtown which seems strange, but it is well maintained and there is plenty to see and learn.

 As you can plainly see, it is springtime in S. A.

 We met Robert. A very nice young man who we spent time with during our visit.

 After the Alamo we headed over to the Riverwalk.

 Very impressive and a nice place to walk, sit and chat, and

 eat a tasty lunch at Boudres!

We tried shopping for stetsons but I couldn't find anything that I looked good in.
