Today we went back to being tourists and headed out for the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area in the Coronado National Forest. The Catalina Mountains rise majestically and Sabino Creek makes the Canyon a great destination. I took a lot of pics and enjoyed the trip. One thought I have though is that it is awfully dry here. Rain comes later but so do even warmer temps. I am finding that although I enjoy the terrain, I don't have any desire to live here. Too much dust making me sneeze!!!:-)
The Saguaro cactus are everywhere and some are quite large. Lots of green here, especially near the creek. We took a great tram ride to see the sights in comfort.
